Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce CPQ.
Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, product bundles, and approval workflows.
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
Develop and maintain CPQ quote templates, document generation, and contract management processes.
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, finance, and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
Create technical documentation and provide end-user support when required.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ development and configuration.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Knowledge of CPQ concepts including:
Product Configuration
Pricing Rules
Quote Rules
Discount Schedules
Product Bundles
Approvals
Contract Amendments and Renewals
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration technologies (REST/SOAP).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
